Call for Workshops
Overview
IJCNLP-AACL 2025 invites the submission of workshops papers featuring substantial, original, and unpublished research in all areas of computational linguistics, language resources and evaluation, including (not limited to)
- Linguistics
- Language Documentation
- NLP
- Speech and Multimodal Processing
- Computational Social Science
- Digital Humanities.
Workshops will be held in Mumbai, India. In-person format is preferred, with hybrid format allowed under special circumstances.
Important Note: At least one organizer of accepted workshops must be present in person in Mumbai, India.

Submission Guidelines
Each submission should contain a maximum 4 pages: max 2 pages for main proposal + max 2 pages for workshop organizers information.
Main Proposal (2 Pages)
- Title and brief description of workshop topic and content
- List of invited speakers with confirmation status and funding sources
- Estimate of the number of attendees
- Workshop format specification (in-person preferred)
- Description of shared tasks and participant estimates
- Special requirements and technical needs
- Previous workshop iterations (if applicable)
Organizer Information (2 pages)
- Names, affiliations, and email addresses of organizers
- One-paragraph research interests and expertise statements
- Program Committee members list with confirmation status
- Brief advertisement/tagline (up to 140 characters)
- Review platform choice (ARR/OpenReview/START)
- Unlimited space for references
